Lantern Hill, an Erickson Living-managed senior living community in New Providence, New Jersey, named Brian Cassidy as Director of Sales on February 22. Cassidy brings more than 8 years of sales experience to this leadership position. For the last six years, he moved through the ranks from an associate to senior associate then sales manager at Cedar Crest, a sister Erickson Living community in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brian to our talented team at Lantern Hill,” said Executive Director Craig Karczmer. “He has exceptional sales and leadership experience and is passionate about our mission of creating a community where our residents can enjoy an active and vibrant lifestyle.”
Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from William Paterson University. Brian started his career with Erickson Living as a freshman in high school as a student server in one of the on-site restaurants at Cedar Crest. From there he worked as a peer trainer and supervisor at the community. After taking a few years to try his hand in other industries, Brian returned to pursue his passion of helping seniors live better lives.
