Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Dearic Busch to Maintenance Technician at Kenilworth at Perring Park Apartments. Busch, who has worked with CRC since 2019, was formerly Service Coordinator at the multifamily community located at 8951 Waltham Woods Roadin Baltimore County.
His new responsibilities include completing resident service requests, addressing pro-active maintenance issues around the community and working closely with CRC team members to problem-solve and complete maintenance tasks. Busch will also take a leadership role in the make-ready process of preparing apartments for occupancy by new residents.
Kenilworth at Perring Park Apartments is located near East Joppa Road in Parkville, close to Towson Town Center and numerous retail shopping and restaurant amenities. Nearby parks and open spaces include Krause Memorial Park and Loch Raven Reservoir

Dearic does volunteer work with the Charm City Buccaneers little league football team and at Pimlico Race Track.
