Joe Maguire Joins Orchestra Macrosystems Advisory Board

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Orchestra Macrosystems, a venture-backed technology company, today announced that Joe Maguire has joined the company’s Advisory Board. Vice Admiral (R) Maguire served as Commander of Naval Special Warfare Command from 2004 through 2007.

“In the sprawling landscape of AI-enabled innovation, Orchestra pursues a very specific application: enhancing the value and the accuracy of personnel assessments to predict and optimize future health and performance. Orchestra regards intelligent measurement as instrumental to the Special Operations community’s strategic goal of an agile and inclusive Force with courageous and resilient leadership during times of transformation. A strong Special Operations Command will attract and retain top talent and keep that talent deployable by becoming a global leader in predictive personnel assessment and optimization. Disaggregated reporting undermines meaningful force-wide insight into the status, progress, success or failure of the systemic modernizations necessary for Multi-Domain Operations. Orchestra, as an adaptive, integrated, intelligent assessment management platform, is uniquely positioned to propel the Department of Defense’s efforts in optimizing human performance and refining strategic decisions for contemporary combat operations,” Maguire said.

“We are honored to have a seasoned leader like Joe devote invaluable time to guiding Orchestra’s strategic efforts. A disciplined approach to capturing assessment data at the point-of-performance, and harvesting actionable intelligence through descriptive, diagnostic, or predictive analytics provides the United States and her allies with a competitive advantage. Joe knows this as well as anyone on Earth. Orchestra’s tailorable solutions make it possible to configure, capture, and analyze multidisciplinary individual- and collective assessments to inform resourcing, manpower, and training decisions,” said Dave Maloney, Orchestra’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

This appointment supports Orchestra’s commitment to bring in experienced operators to its Advisory Board to guide the company through its next phase of development and growth.
