Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO) is pleased to announce the appointment of John Doty, Esq. as associate attorney to the firm’s Labor & Employment Group, practicing in their Miami office. Doty focuses his practice on various areas of labor and employment, including employment litigation, preventative counseling, and labor disputes.

Doty joined BMO’s Miami office as a law clerk in 2020. Prior to that time, he served as a law clerk with Beighley, Myrick, Udell & Lynne P.A., located in Miami. In addition, he was a legal intern with the Office of the Economic Crimes Unit of the Office of the State Attorney, 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
He is a member of The Florida Bar. He earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Miami, and his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
Doty is a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Electronic Discovery.
