Colliers Announces Sale of World Trade Center in Norfolk, VA

Colliers arranged the sale of World Trade Center, a 9-story, 370,000 SF Class A office building located at 101 West Main Street in Norfolk, Virginia. An undisclosed private investor purchased the premier downtown Norfolk project from an affiliate of Harbor Group International, LLC for an undisclosed amount. HGI had acquired the property in 2008.

World Trade Center has 100% unobstructed waterfront views of the Elizabeth River and boasts on-site amenities including Town Point Club, a three-level atrium lobby, a health and fitness facility, building conference room, executive in-building parking, short-term visitor parking, and exterior terraces. The property is 89% leased.

J. Scott Adams, CCIM, Michael Ettel, and Perry Frazer of Colliers Virginia led the sale marketing. “World Trade Center remains an iconic urban project in downtown Norfolk with a main and main location, premier tenant mix, and outstanding management team”, said Scott Adams.
