The EIC awards program is the industry’s leading competition that honors both general and specialty contractors for innovative and high-quality merit shop construction projects.

ANF’s winning projects are:
- Eagle Award – Memorial Healthcare System’s Sports Medicine Complex consisted of the interior renovation of shell space to create a physical therapy area, offices, exam rooms, and an X-ray room. This 8,347-square-foot facility is in Hollywood, FL, now offers orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and physical therapy all under one roof.
- Eagle Award – Port Everglades International Logistics Center- Building 1 is a 145,000 -square-foot building in Hollywood, FL designed to provide a modern, efficient, and secure environment for cargo activity at one of Florida’s most active seaports.
- Pyramid Award – Baptist Health South Florida Plantation Wellness & Medical Complex in Plantation is a four-story, 112,000 square foot complex with a parking garage with 422 spaces connected by a pedestrian bridge. The complex sits on a 5.9-acre site and offers a full range of integrated health and wellness services all under one roof.
- Pyramid Award –Village View is a 100-unit affordable senior apartment community by developer Housing Trust Group in the Flagler Village section of Fort Lauderdale. The seven-story apartment complex features structured parking, a pool, gym, and media center.
ABC Florida East Coast Chapter bestowed 93 awards collectively worth nearly $2 billion at the 2021 EIC Awards during a ceremony held on October 22nd at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, FL. Dozens of businesses were recognized for safety, construction and more at the awards banquet.
The EIC annual awards honors every member of the construction team, including the contractor, owner, architect and engineer. The winning projects, selected from entries submitted across the FL East Coast, are judged on complexity, attractiveness, unique challenges overcome, completion time, workmanship, innovation, safety and cost.
