Combined Properties is excited to announce the opening of F45 Training at Scout on the Circle©. Occupying 2,400 SF, this is the third tenant to open its doors at the recently completed mixed-use project along Route 50 in Fairfax, VA.
F45 Training is a team based fitness experience offering a 45-minute, high-intensity, circuit training workout class. Originating from Australia, this rapidly growing boutique fitness concept has over 1,300 locations in 33 countries, including over 400 in the United States. The newly opened spot will provide a valueable amenity to both residents at Scout© and the larger Fairfax community.
“Any successful mixed-use development features a unique fitness concept,” says Jonathan Shartar, Senior Vice President of East Coast Leasing. “With F45 we can proudly offer Scout© residents one of the best in the market.”
Combined Properties continues to see high levels of activity at its new mixed-use development. Newly signed tenants Roots Natural Kitchen and Izakaya Genki are among a host of other ground floor retail tenants, including TeaDM (recently opened) and Peri Peri (opening soon). The project is anchored by Giant, the DC metro area’s largest grocery retailer, which opened late summer 2020.
