Shawn Bohen Joins Workwonder as Principal Consultant

Shawn Jacqueline Bohen joins the executive coaching, non-profit consulting and fundraising strategy consultancy, Workwonder as Principal Consultant, according to Karen DeTemple who is President of the firm. Bohen will focus on nonprofit strategic planning and leadership coaching.

DeTemple comments, “ I am honored to welcome Shawn to Workwonder. I am inspired by her passion and commitment to increasing social equity and confronting systemic sexism and racism. The knowledge and radical candor she brings to our clients guide them to uncover truths that fuel fundamental change.”

Previously, Bohen worked with Year Up, a national 501(c) 3 workforce development organization, for 13 and a half years starting as Chief Transformative Impact Officer most recently as Senior Advisor. She was Co-Founder, Principal of Grads of Life and spent two years as Assistant Provost at Harvard University. Bohen served as Executive Director both at Harvard Initiative for Global Health and at the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Orgs Kennedy School of Government.

Bohen is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and received her MBA in International Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
