Manish Shah Joins Harvard University’s Alumni Real Estate Board

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Palladius Capital Management, a vertically-integrated real estate investment manager focused on pursuing multifamily, student housing, hospitality and select thematic investment strategies, today announced that Manish Shah, Senior Managing Director, has joined the Harvard University Alumni Real Estate Board.

Commented Shah: “I am honored to be named to HAREB where I plan to focus on driving relationships among students and professional alumni. At Palladius, relationships represent the cornerstone of how we came together and how we conduct our business and I look forward to sharing some of these insights as I contribute to HAREB’s mentoring initiatives.”

HAREB was founded in 2016 to promote the study of real estate across the University, provide an enhanced experience for students at Harvard studying real estate, and create a beneficial network of alumni working in real estate to foster professional and personal growth. HAREB is comprised of alumni from premier real estate firms and provides a platform for industry leaders to facilitate connections, innovation, and mentorship opportunities.

HAREB convenes twice yearly and offers mentorship and scholarship enrichment opportunities through the Harvard Student Real Estate Consortium (HSREC), a student-led organization that represents all of Harvard’s real estate clubs.

Shah, who received his JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, also serves on the Board of Advisors of Yale University’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs.
