Construction set to begin in May with completion planned for early 2023, existing office will remain open to serve members in interim
Point Breeze Credit Union announced today that construction of a new office in Rosedale is slated to begin this May. The current Rosedale office, located at 2 Philadelphia Court, will remain open for members throughout construction of the new building, which is set to open on Philadelphia Court in the lot adjacent to the existing office.
The new Rosedale office is planned as part of Point Breeze’s ongoing commitment to its members and to making their banking experience even easier. It will feature three full-service drive-thru lanes; two 24-hour ATMs; a fresh, modern atmosphere; and the latest banking technology to enable Point Breeze employees to better engage with its members and provide an even greater level of personalized service.
Following expansion into two new markets in 2017 with the construction of new offices in Westminster and Owings Mills, in 2020 Point Breeze completed a major renovation and expansion of its headquarters and banking location in Hunt Valley, doubling the building’s size and completing several tech-savvy updates to better service its rapidly growing membership. The new and improved Rosedale location is set to do the same – adding member service workstations outfitted with the latest in banking technology, all while ensuring members still receive the warm, welcoming service they have come to expect from Point Breeze.
“Point Breeze has experienced tremendous growth over the last several years by providing our members with easy, reliable banking and friendly service,” said Point Breeze President & CEO, Tonia Niedzialkowski. “We are thrilled to deliver a new, state-of-the-art office to our valued members in Rosedale.”
Construction is tentatively scheduled for May 2022, and the project is expected to be complete in early 2023.
