Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of the Hilex Poly regional manufacturing facility located at 2800 Sprouse Drive in Richmond for $10,250,000. The 148,877 square foot facility was purchased by Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company, their first acquisition in the Richmond region. Hilex Poly is the nation’s premier manufacturer of poly packaging including retail, produce, delivery and takeout bags and other customer focused packaging systems.
“2800 Sprouse Drive provides an excellent tenancy story that resulted in a highly competitive sale process,” said Mark Williford. “This sale is another example of the strong level of interest the Central Virginia industrial investment is receiving from regional, national, and international capital drawn by its strong market fundamentals and demand drivers.”
