Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Appoints Keith Freid as Product Line Officer

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance today announced that it has appointed Keith Freid as Product Line Officer for Private & Nonprofit Management Liability Insurance in North America.

Keith comes to BHSI with nearly 30 years of industry experience spanning both D&O underwriting and claims. He was most recently Head of Private and Non-Profit Management Liability at AIG. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer, Private and Non-Profit Management Liability, at AIG. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
