Ross has experience advising in corporate compliance and governance issues, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and restructuring of privately held companies. A trusted advisor to boards of directors and senior executives on corporate governance issues, Ross regularly represents companies with respect to their corporate transactions, effectively serving as their outside general counsel.
Ross is recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Florida “Rising Star” and South Florida Legal Guide on their “Top Up & Comers” List. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she also served as Editor-in-Chief of the North Carolina Journal of International Law & Commercial Regulation and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
