JRM Construction Management is pleased to announce it has completed an interior fit-out for Jimmy Choo, a British fashion house, and its new luxury boutique, located at South Coast Plaza shopping mall at 3333 Bristol Street in Costa Mesa, California. The 1,900-square foot project features a new sales floor and high-end displays for the brand’s luxury shoes, handbags, accessories and fragrances.
JRM worked closely with Alexander Zilberman Architecture and M-Engineering on the project, which also included new back-of-house support areas, a stock room, cash wrap and all new lighting controls. In addition, JRM constructed a new metal and glass storefront system showcasing the brand’s signature design.
“This fit-out in a high-end retail destination was an enormously successful project that met all client expectations,” said John Jackson, JRM West Principal, Managing Partner. “We are excited to continue completing great and on-time work for our clients around the country.”
