The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) will present three solo exhibitions in the third and final phase of the 2022 Emerge Baltimore artist series.
The opening reception will take place at the Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower Oct. 6 from 6-8 p.m. The exhibition will run until Nov. 23.
