Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, and Davis Cagle, senior associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

8100 North County Road West is located in Odessa, Texas. The five-building property is situated on 5.58 acres of land and was built in 1959, 1975, and 1998.
