Diandra DiBiase Bilodeau ~ Project Manager of the Year
Diandra DiBiase is a third-generation manager for her family’s real estate development business. She has been a valued team member since joining the company in 2015 and has built and sold over 200 homes. For the last eight years she has been a Project Manager and recently was promoted to Senior Development Manager. In these roles, Diandra organizes and facilitates the complete development process, from planning to the delivery of finished product to homeowners. This includes working with City and Town officials on permits, coordinating all day-to-day operations of the developments, and personally delivering the homes to each respective client.
Recently, Diandra was responsible for the $45 million 55+ development Blu Haven. It broke ground in November of 2020 and the first home closed in October of 2021. She strategically bought out the project from vendors to ensure supply chain issues did not hinder the completion of units. In fact, she closed on 25 units in just eight months – one of the fastest build times during the COVID-19 pandemic. To date, she has successfully sold over $1 million in upgraded interior selections to 35 buyers.
