Highpointe has already experienced strong pre-sales with over 30 homes under contract.

The Highgate and Whitestone are from the Classic Collection. At 1,850 square feet, the single-story Highgate has an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 2-car garage and a covered lanai. It is priced starting at $521,990.
The two-story Whitestone is 2,894 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms, 2.5-4 baths, and a 2-car garage. Starting at $595,990, this two-story model features a spacious owner’s suite on the first floor and an upstairs loft.
The single-story Mystique is part of the Signature Series. At 1,889 or more square feet, it is designed with 2-4 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, a 2-car garage and a covered lanai. The Mystique offers a private owner’s suite and versatile flex space. Pricing starts at $549,990.The final two models, the Oakhurst and Stellar, are from the Estate Series. The single-story Stellar has 2,483 or more square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms and a 2-3 car garage. It is priced starting at $676,990.
The Oakhurst is the largest estate home offered at Highpointe with 3,820 or more square feet. It has 4-5 bedrooms, 2.5-4 bedrooms and a 3-car garage. The two-story design features a large kitchen, gathering room and covered lanai as well as an upstairs loft. Prices start at $784,990.
