Kramer Levin is pleased to announce that Nicole Fenton has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice as counsel in the New York office.
Ms. Fenton advises both U.S.-based and international investors on real estate investments nationwide. She has more than 25 years of experience, and her diverse practice encompasses a wide range of complex transactions within each major commercial real estate asset class. Ms. Fenton’s clients include owners, developers, investors, lenders and other institutional investors whom she counsels on acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction and mezzanine financing, joint ventures, and preferred equity investments. She also advises developers, family offices, private equity funds and institutional investors through all stages of property financing.

Ms. Fenton received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Brandeis University.
