Illustrated Properties is excited to announce the promotion of Amanda Fell to Director of Operations. The accomplished real estate professional has been with the firm for 18 years and brings a wealth of local knowledge and industry insight to her new role.
Previously, Amanda was Illustrated’s Director of Corporate Services and managed the firm’s affiliated companies as a liaison for IPRE’s family of services. In her new role, Amanda will be responsible for staff development, the physical needs of the company’s 19 locations, onboarding of new associates, and cultivating Illustrated’s culture and branding.
“Amanda has been a valuable contributor to the company for almost two decades and we are thrilled for the opportunity to have her enhance our operations processes,” said Daniel Dennis, President of Illustrated Properties.
“She will be an important part of our firm’s growth moving forward, as well as establishing a culture that sets us apart.”
A Florida native, Amanda is extremely involved in local community organizations and charities. She is an active member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and spends time volunteering with Place of Hope, The Real Life Children’s Youth Ranch and the Homeless Coalition.
“I am honored to continue my journey with IPRE and help streamline the overall operations for the firm and our sales associates,” said Amanda. “During my time with the firm, I have gained the ability to align our values with those of our clients and provide them the best possible experience. Amanda earned an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State University and continued her education at Palm Beach State College.
