Reuben Rosenfeld is the Executive Director of North Oaks Senior Living in Pikesville, Md. He has over 15 years of executive management experience in senior living communities throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia, having previously served as Executive Director at Atrium Village in Owings Mills, Md. Rosenfeld has an extensive record of business development, strategic innovation, and operational excellence in the senior living sector. His leadership and vision have resulted in great success affecting change in the quality of life within local communities. He also has extensive experience working collaboratively with acute care facilities, implementing programs furthering the health and wellness of retirees, and advocating for seniors in community and local governments. Rosenfeld earned his bachelor’s degree from the NYU Stern School of Business and his master’s from Bernard Baruch College. Reuben also served for one year as a senior educator in Jewish Education with The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Adele Richer Greenebaum is a leader in the commercial interior design field and the founder of ARK Design, LLC. She has more than 35 years of extensive experience in all facets of commercial design, with a proven track record of creating welcoming and innovative environments for a wide array of clients and their customers. Greenebaum’s high-energy passion for design and focus on a “client centric” approach has led to her success. ARK Design specializes in corporate, office, medical office, food service, and hospitality environments. Some of the firm’s recent projects include the Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore at the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus, the University of Maryland Orthopaedics offices at Camden Yards, and the Curio Wellness corporate office and Buch Construction Headquarters. Outside of her work with ARK Design, Greenebaum is heavily involved in the community and passionate about providing philanthropic support to various causes and organizations, including the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center, and the Erin LEVITAS Foundation. She is also a board member of the Signal 13 Foundation, which supports the Baltimore Police Department. Adele is also the President of her Home Owners Association.
