The Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) invited Eileen Levitt, CEO of The HR Team, to present at the January 2023 VIP GROW session.
Taught by subject matter experts from industry and government, VIP offers five (5) accelerator training programs for owners, principals, and C‐level executives of VOSB/SDVOSBs that specifically address the complexities of federal procurement.
VIP teaches veteran-owned businesses not only how to win contracts but how to mitigate risks, successfully manage federal contracts, and how to grow. VIP GROW is a 3-day in-residence veteran entrepreneurship training program that is offered at no cost to veterans nationwide.
Eileen Levitt, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a human resources professional who has spent the last 27 years helping her clients mitigate risks pertaining to their human capital via outsourced HR consulting. Her firm’s long history of supporting government contractors provides a deep understanding of the unique requirements involved and helps contractors cultivate valued employees while working within stringent compliance parameters.
In addition to leading The HR Team, Eileen currently serves as a Commissioner on the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights.
