A.Y. Morrow has joined as a partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group.

For the past fourteen years, Michael has represented clients in the purchase, sale, disposition, and development of hotels, solar farms, office centers, warehouses, and retail centers. His experience also includes handling commercial lease drafting and negotiations and loan workouts. He has also represented New Jersey, New York, and Delaware business entities and trustees throughout the bankruptcy process.

Prior to joining A.Y. Strauss, Michael was a partner in the Princeton office of a mid-sized New Jersey-based firm representing national and community banks and private lenders in secured lending transactions, loan modifications and restructurings. Prior to this role, Michael served as an associate handling bankruptcy matters at a boutique firm.
Michael is a member of the New Jersey and the New York bar associations. He earned a B.A. from Dickinson College and a J.D. from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
Michael is also a member of the board of the Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) of Mercer and Bucks Counties, and the Morrow Foundation. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. He was the chairman of the Real Estate Committee for the Mercer County Bar Association from 2020 through 2022.
