Fried Frank acted as counsel to AEA Investors (“AEA”) and its portfolio company Scan Global Logistics (“SGL”), in AEA’s sale of its majority shareholding in SGL to CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII (“CVC”), a transaction with an enterprise value of $1.67 billion. SGL is a Denmark based freight forwarding and logistics company. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023.
