In this role, Eriksen will spearhead IDC’s thought leading research on the transformation of operations through digital technology. With more than thirty years of relevant industry experience, including a leadership position at GE and research director roles at AMR Research and Gartner, Eriksen will offer keen insights and deliver compelling new research to help clients become digitally resilient and thrive in the face of unprecedented disruption.
Most recently, Eriksen founded The Industrial Data Hub to aggregate and contextualize the deluge of industrial data, making it more accessible and useful to clients. Throughout his accomplished career, Eriksen has served in a variety of leadership positions helping clients – big and small – manage change and understand the critical role of technology to support operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. With valuable experience at AVEVA, Industry Insights, Zebra Technologies, and as an industry practitioner, Eriksen is well positioned to support IDC clients and deliver the analysis and insights needed for them to successfully navigate the journey of transforming their operations.
