Hamilton, a 23-year real estate industry veteran, has successfully closed over 300 apartment transactions, totaling over 40,000 units. His career began in 1999, when he sold his first apartment complex in Shreveport, Louisiana, and soon after launched his own firm to focus on brokerage of multifamily communities.
In 2022, Hamilton was recognized with a CoStar Power Broker Award as a top sales broker in Baton Rouge.
