Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) today announced four new signed leases with premier national brands at Woodmore Towne Centre, a 712,000 square foot grocery-anchored, regional power center in Glenarden, MD. Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Crumbl Cookies and The Joint are all slated to join the property’s retail line-up within the next 12 months. This open-air center combines walkability with conveniences including a wide variety of dining, essential and discretionary retail, beauty and wellness alongside local favorites. Woodmore is a must-visit destination for area residents and workers, including a recently opened Nike Unite, which focuses on connecting with the local community, and one of the busiest Wegmans supermarkets in the region.
