GrayRobinson today announced Jabari Caldwell and Ashley Genoese have joined its Litigation Section.
Caldwell, based in the firm’s Boca Raton office, focuses his practice on general liability defense, insurance defense, and commercial and civil litigation matters. He has experience serving as an assistant public defender for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, a legal intern for the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Southern District Court of Florida, and a judicial intern to the honorable Tanya Brinkley in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Criminal Division.
Caldwell received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, his Master of Social Work from Florida State University (FSU), and his Bachelor of Social Work from FSU.
Genoese, based in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, focuses her litigation practice on finding successful solutions for her clients. She has experience handling insurance defense matters involving premises liability, automobile negligence, wrongful death, professional liability, medical malpractice, and first-party property disputes.
Genoese received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Diego. She is a member of The Florida Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and volunteers with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Genoese is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Caldwell and Genoese’s announcement follows the recent addition of four strategic counselors, including Shawn Demers, Eric Fluharty, Eisele Ibarra, and Cindy Innocent, to the Litigation Section.
