Lincoln Property Company Southeast To Manage Amazon Savannah SAV4 Fulfillment Center

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the management assignment for Amazon Savannah SAV4, a 640,000-square-foot fulfillment center in Pooler, Georgia. Lincoln Senior Vice President Shane Froman, Senior Portfolio Manager Industrial Lead Kim Steward and Senior Portfolio Manager Natalie Matteson will oversee property management on behalf of the owner, USRE Savannah, LLC.

Amazon Savannah SAV4 is located on the Chatham County Development Site in Pooler, situated on the northeast corner of I-95 and I-16. Amazon Savannah was first announced by Governor Brian Kemp in May 2021 and officially opened on February 1, 2023. The facility will house Amazon robotics technology, which will help employees pack and ship customer orders.

“This assignment is a big win for our industrial property management team, as it is a vital component in continuing Amazon’s e-commerce success in the Lowcountry region,” said Lincoln’s Froman. “It is an honor to offer our first-rate property management services to Amazon, and we are confident that our expertise will be the key to keeping operations smooth at the center.”
