Workers returning to the office will now be able to book workspaces, programs, and health & wellness amenities at properties across the nation and the world, through the ZO mobile app
Tishman Speyer today announced the launch of ZO Global Access, the expansion of its pioneering ZO amenities program for all those who work at a Tishman Speyer property. As of today, office workers at any of the 41 Tishman Speyer buildings around the world that participate in ZO will have reciprocal access to all others. ZO is available in cities across the country (including New York, Seattle, Chicago, DC, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco) and eight international locations (in countries including Brazil, Germany, France, and England).
Tishman Speyer is the first real estate company to unlock worldwide reciprocity to its thoughtfully developed, high end Clubhouses, wellness and quality of life services, and carefully curated experiences, all of which have been designed to enrich personal and professional networks and foster collaboration. Prior to the launch of ZO Global Access, customers had access only to the services and spaces available in their building.
“Our customers are more mobile than ever before, and their life and work take them to destinations across the globe. ZO Global Access gives them an instant community and the familiarity of our amenities, wherever they may be,” said EB Kelly, Senior Managing Director at Tishman Speyer in charge of ZO.
Launched in 2017, ZO is Tishman Speyer’s global amenities network, offering office tenants access to top-of-the-line spaces and amenities, and connecting them with the global ZO community through networking and cultural events. ZO expands beyond traditional amenity offerings to offer city-specific programs that showcase the best of that place–from a mini version of a classic Asian-inspired Night Market on the roof of Radio City Music Hall at Rockefeller Center, to an annual Oper Frankfurt concert hosted at TaunusTurm, to a salon series focused on Brutalist architecture and its impact on Washington DC. Members can book services and reserve work spaces through the ZO app.
“We appreciate the full range of amenities that ZO offers our attorneys and business professionals at Katten offices in Chicago, New York and soon Washington, D.C.,” said Roger P. Furey, chairman of Katten, a full-service law firm with approximately 700 attorneys in locations across the United States and in London and Shanghai. “These convenient services and engaging programming make physical presence in the office more desirable and more supportive of our well-being initiative. They also help our attorneys traveling to our different locations for client meetings or professional development and, importantly, assist our ongoing efforts to attract and retain top talent.”
As a leader in world-class spaces and hospitality for more than 40 years, Tishman Speyer is uniquely positioned to offer customers consistent and compelling amenities which cater to the needs of the evolving workforce. As a typical business day for a ZO member may include travel, networking, and opportunities for workplace education and wellness enrichment, ZO Global Access makes these experiences accessible in whatever city or nation the business of the day will take them to. A ZO member based in New York can begin their day by having a new headshot taken by a professional photographer at the ZO clubhouse in Rockefeller Center, partake in a networking mixer or a bee-keeping class in Washington, DC that afternoon, and enjoy a rooftop spinning class at the Sky Garden at TaunusTurm in Frankfurt, Germany the next evening.
