DENVER, May 2, 2023 (Newswire.com) – Experience Senior Living named Susan McCormick-Agee Vice President of Health and Wellness. In this role, Susan will oversee all community clinical operations. She will also ensure a high quality of holistic care for residents.
A registered RN and seasoned resident care professional, Susan has extensive experience in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, crisis management, strategic partnerships, and resident health and wellness. Susan began her career working in clinical settings as a staff-charge nurse and a telephone triage nurse. She then gained experience as a business development manager and a clinical service liaison before transitioning to coordinating care in senior living communities.

Susan comes to Experience Senior Living from Phoenix Senior Living, where she oversaw clinical operations as the VP of Clinical. Prior to this role, Susan gained over 15 years of senior care experience at Sunrise Senior Living, where she served as the Vice President of Resident Care. At Sunrise Senior Living, Susan oversaw operations for 45 communities, approximately 3,000 residents, and 3,500 team members across eight regions. She also developed partnership programs focused on holistic wellness, and she coordinated training, leadership, and team development for the organization’s nurses and regional care directors.
