Seco Alvarez brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate and construction to ANF’s team.
In her new role, Seco Alvarez will be responsible for aligning technology resources and initiatives with ANF’s goals and objectives. She will oversee enterprise technology functions and drive IT operations to enable the company’s strategic business objectives.

Serving as the leader of ANF’s information technology infrastructure, Seco Alvarez will work closely with the rest of the executive leadership team to improve and streamline the development firm’s technological operations with the goal of creating an efficient and high-performing work environment.

Throughout her 25+ years in construction and real estate, Seco Alvarez has extensive experience across various roles and functions including field operations, construction management, real estate development, IT, communications, digital business transformation, data & analytics, and business strategy. She is a licensed General Contractor for the state of Florida, holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University, and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University, the Kellogg School of Management.
