Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, is pleased to announce that Lauren D. Fraser has joined as a Partner in the firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice Group. She is based in the firm’s new location at One Main Street, in Sparta, New Jersey, marking the firm’s expansion into Sussex County. Prior to joining Einhorn Barbarito, Fraser was a partner with Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C.
“We are excited about the continued, strategic growth of our firm,” said Patricia M. Barbarito, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Board of Directors. “Lauren is an accomplished trial lawyer and a tremendous advocate for her clients. Her personal injury practice assists clients with serious, and often catastrophic, injuries sustained from trucking and motor vehicle accidents, as well as workplace injuries and medical malpractice matters, and we welcome her to the firm.”
Fraser is a nationally recognized trial lawyer representing clients who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own in car crashes, truck crashes, slip/trip and falls and workplace incidents. She helps members of the community navigate the often-confusing insurance and litigation processes. Fraser also works with attorneys from all over the country, helping them prepare for their own trials by running focus groups and offering strategic trial consulting.
Fraser noted, “I am excited to be part of the growth of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick in Sparta and Sussex County. Sussex County has been my home my entire life, and I look forward to offering my clients access to Einhorn’s diverse practice areas and exceptional attorneys.”
As part of the expansion, Partner Jason R. Rittie is relocating his real estate and land use and zoning practice to the Sparta office, and he will oversee the Sparta office operations. Rittie represents a broad sector of clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, private lenders, and banks in residential and commercial real estate transactions, and before planning and zoning boards, and also represents property owners and developers in all aspects of land use and zoning matters.
Fraser earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. from Rutgers College. She serves on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Association for Justice and represents the state as a delegate to the American Association for Justice. She is also an active member of the Academy of Trucking Accident Attorneys. In her spare time, Fraser is the Director of the award-winning performing arts and dance studio, Trinity Studios and is Producing Director of the Black Cat Theatre Company of NJ. She is an author of both fiction and non-fiction.
