Attorney Robin I. Bresky has been named Managing Partner of Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP’s South Florida office located in Boca Raton.
Bresky has been a partner with SSRGA since June 2022 when she merged her boutique practice with the New York City-based law firm celebrating its 8th anniversary this year. The Boca office handles appellate, trusts & estate, probate administration, matrimonial and family law matters, and corporate transactions.
“Robin is not only a skilled and talented legal practitioner, but she is a proven leader who will help us execute our expansion plans in South Florida,” said SSRGA Founding Partner Jeffrey M. Schwartz.
As managing partner, one of Bresky’s key objectives is to grow each existing practice area and add new legal services over the coming year.
“We see an opportunity to grow our South Florida office organically and through acquisition,” Bresky said. “Our priority is to bolster existing practice groups in our family law and trusts & estates groups, while adding new services complementary to our New York office. They would include real estate transactions, HOA and condo law, commercial litigation, and healthcare.”

Bresky is a well-known figure in South Palm Beach County legal circles. She primarily practices appellate law and leads the Florida appellate division which includes litigation support. Bresky represents the 15th Judicial Circuit (Seat 3) on the Florida Bar Association Board of Governors and sits on several Bar committees. She was recently Chair of the Judicial Nominating Commission Screening Committee for the 4th District Court of Appeal and a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission Screening Committee for the Florida Supreme Court.
Bresky is involved in various charity organizations including JAFCO, the George Snow Scholarship Fund, and Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
