In his new role, Bauer is responsible for managing the inorganic and organic revenue growth for the company, including reaching competitive markets within the financial and automotive industries and extending the reach of the IDIQ brands. IDIQ offers the IdentityIQ and MyScoreIQ brands for credit report and identity theft monitoring and the DataBreachIQ® brand for business data breach preparation and response support.

Bauer is an industry expert with experience creating products and building brands that support the protection of consumer credit and privacy. Most recently, Bauer was a founding partner with SNH Capital Partners where he led the thesis development in the financial services and automotive industries. He sponsored the acquisitions of four companies, Promax Software, PeopleFacts, Trak1 NS, Universal Background Screening, and participated in the LBMC Employer Services acquisition by the firm. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades building CoreLogic Credco, the nation’s No. 1 provider of merged and specialized credit reports, and CSC Credit Services, an Equifax Affiliate.
