Transwestern Real Estate Services has been named Asset Services provider for 255 Alhambra Circle, a 221,334-square-foot, Class A office tower in Coral Gables, Florida the firm has managed since 2009.
Transwestern Managing Senior Vice President Andi Lopez will continue overseeing property management for the office building on behalf of new ownership, a partnership between Terranova Corporation, Torose Equitiesand Lndmrk Development.
