Bradley Adds Healthcare Regulatory Attorney Megan Dhillon to D.C. Office

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Megan K. Dhillon has joined the firm’s nationally ranked Healthcare Practice Group in the D.C. office.

Ms. Dhillon joins as counsel and focuses her practice on advising healthcare providers in regulatory, operational matters and transactional matters and regularly works with hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, and ambulatory surgery centers. She provides valuable guidance on issues pertaining to laws and regulations governing payment from Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and commercial payers; compliance with the Medicare Conditions of Participation and Coverage, HIPAA, the False Claims Act, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute; and facility licensure and enrollment in Medicare and Medicaid. Ms. Dhillon has additional experience conducting internal investigations and preparing self-disclosures.

Prior to joining Bradley, Ms. Dhillon worked for a full-service firm in D.C., as well as a boutique healthcare firm in Virginia. She also worked with Virginia’s Department of Medical Assistance Services. Ms. Dhillon received her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia. She is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association and has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America since 2021.
