As a Senior Managing Principal at OneDigital, Shawn primarily focuses on talent acquisition, sales strategy, market consistency, and business growth. He is passionate about health care and customer service and possesses a keen insight and understanding into the unique challenges and obstacles the healthcare industry poses to companies. He specializes on identifying strategic partnerships with the top industry affiliated experts and resources that offer enhanced value to clients. Shawn previously served as president and as CEO of Kistler Tiffany Benefits until the company was acquired by OneDigital in January 2020.
Shawn is active with various industry affiliated groups. He is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU) and the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU), of which he has held several leadership positions and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). Shawn is also involved in various board positions with both for profit and nonprofit organizations, including Business Clubs America, Archetype Solutions Group.

Bernie Prazenica is President and General Manager of WPVI-TV/6abc in Philadelphia. Bernie’s career in television spans 35 years and a number of stations and markets. WPTT-TV in Pittsburgh was the first stop as an Account Executive. Richmond, Virginia’s WXEX-TV quickly followed, then back to his college town of Philadelphia to begin a long stand with WPVI-TV and ABC. Bernie currently serves on many boards including, The Pennsylvania Visitors and Convention Bureau, Chairman of The Police Athletic League, Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters, President of the Philly Ad Club, Temple University’s SMC Board of Advisors, Chairman of the City Avenue Special Services District, The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Corporate Council and Philadelphia Zoo’s Chairman’s Council.
Bernie is a proud recipient of the Lew Klein Alumni in the Media Awards in 2009. In 2014, Temple University also inducted Bernie into its Gallery of Success in the School of Media and Communication. Bernie was also recognized in 2014 by Philadelphia Magazine as one of the City’s 75 Most Influential People.
A proud cum laude graduate of Temple University with a B.A. in Communications, Radio-TV-Film, Bernie now lives in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania with his wife, Patty, and his two children, Caitlin and Michael.
