Evan Roberts is a serial entrepreneur with several successful companies within the real estate and construction industries. With ten plus years in the industry, he has carved out a reputation for himself as an innovator in the construction industry and now primarily focuses on the commercial construction sector as the Managing Partner of Clipper Construction. As a leader with Clipper Construction, Evan primarily focuses on the day to day operations of the organization. Additionally, Evan works closely with his business partner, Jeffrey Miller, to manage the macro-level strategy for Clipper Construction and to continuously improve processes to provide a better client experience.
Evan is a transformational leader who focuses on developing those around them to be the best versions of themselves. His endless pursuit of “better” is contagious to those around him and he has worked to develop a workplace culture that is focused on always doing what is best for Clipper’s clients. Outside of his time managing Clipper Construction, Evan enjoys time with friends and family, cooking, and exploring new cities on weekends away.

Since teaming up with Mitch in 2006, Jim has established himself as a major producer in the industrial sector. Combining strong interpersonal skills, loyalty, and market knowledge, Jim works diligently to expedite transactions to the finish line. When he is not working Jim is the color commentator for Loyola University Greyhounds Basketball Radio on ESPN and SiriusXM. Jim is a native of Minnesota and has real estate in his genes. His dad is a well-known real estate broker back home. Jim is married to Cecilia and recently became a father to Caroline and lives in Locust Point in Baltimore City.
