Westfall Town Center to Welcome ShopRite in Conversion of Former Kmart Space

Colliers Retail is pleased to announce the delivery of a new 73,000 square foot grocery anchor to the Westfall Town Center at 111 Hulst Drive in Matamoras, PA on behalf of owner CenterPoint Properties.

ShopRite will be arriving in the Fall of 2021 in a conversion of the previous Kmart space at the center. Furthermore, an exciting additional yet unnamed national retail tenant will be soon to follow, occupying a 25,000 square foot within the former Kmart’s footprint.

These new additions join Lowe’s, Staples and Walmart as anchors of the area’s sole retail corridor which is situated along Routes 84 and 209. Each cited both access and visibility as important to the decision to locate at Westfall Town Center.

Colliers’ Derek Zerfass and Scott Horner successfully brokered the deal. The team is currently leasing multiple remaining tenant spaces at Westfall, details available in the project brochure.
