Steve DaRe is the President & CEO of Chimes, one of the longest tenured largest providers of services and support for people with disabilities and mental health challenges in the mid-Atlantic.
Chimes serves more than 26,000 people each year ranging from southern Pennsylvania and New Jersey through central Maryland, Delaware, northern Virginia and even into North Carolina. Prior to taking on the role of President and CEO of Chimes, Steve served as CFO of the organization and has a strong background in finance and leadership in the health care and human services field.

David has chaired the Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission and the Maryland Higher Education Loan Corporation, served as President of both the Jewish National Fund and the Towson Business Association and was a member of the PNC Bank board.
