Miller Construction Company, a statewide, privately-held construction firm, has delivered the 143,571-square-foot industrial project for Woods Grove Capital in Medley. The Class A warehouse in Medley, Florida, is situated near major highways with easy access to Miami International Airport and Port of Miami, the region’s busiest import-export centers.
Miller began construction at 7290 NW 77th Court in January 2023 and delivered the project to Woods Grove Capital in December 2023.
The tilt-wall structure is equipped with 36-foot, clear-height ceilings and 42 columns with 54-foot spacing. Miller also installed 37 dock doors and 2 drive-in ramps on the massive warehouse project, making it the ideal location for logistics, e-commerce and distribution tenants.

Before construction, Miller’s preconstruction team identified that the west wall would only be 48 feet from the Florida Power & Light electrical line upon erection, in addition to only having a 16-foot setback from the south property line. After assessing the options, the team presented and executed a plan that would allow the tilt wall to be erected without disturbing the line.
The highly desirable location of this site was a major factor for the developer to build here. Miller Construction’s calculated process before breaking ground allowed them to overcome several hurdles and ultimately bring the developer’s vision for this site to fruition.
The project team includes IBI Group’s RLC Architects, Puga & Associates, Inc. (MEP), DDA Engineers (structural) and Langan (civil).
