The tenant, iCode, an after-school program for kids focused on hands-on coding activities & STEM education, was represented by Chad Littleton of Morrow Hill. The landlord, Jones Family Naperville, LLC, was represented by Michael Petrik, Associate, and Rick Scardino, Principal, of Lee & Associates.
According to Petrik, “This prime end-cap space will be the first iCode franchise in Illinois. The business will bring a great layer of synergy to the other education and extracurricular tenants in the center.”
