This 5,000 square foot retail center is occupied by Domino’s Pizza as well as two other local retailers.
Gary Olschansky and Steven Cornblatt of TD&A represented the Seller, 3 G Limited Partnership, and identified the Purchaser Wheaton Holdings LLC.
The property is located just north of the intersection of Slade Avenue and Reisterstown Road. It sits directly across the street from the Pikesville Armory property which is being redeveloped into a $150 million-dollar multi-use venue that will be a community gathering place.
According to Olschansky, “The buyer was identified early on, and they hung around the hoop until several things fell into place including the sale of the Domino’s franchise. Once they tied up the property they moved quickly and professionally to make sure the sale closed as planned”.
“Satisfying the Seller’s price expectations is, of course, very important but equally as important is selecting a buyer who is able to complete the transaction as planned. In this case there was never any doubt that the buyer was capable and motivated” said Olschansky.
