Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services’ brokerage teams have completed 18,958 sf of new leases and 15,845 sf in renewals in recent weeks inDallas/Fort Worth.
The 11 transactions are a combination of landlord and tenant representation in flex, industrial and office product. The deal-making breaks down to eight leases and three renewals.
“Bradford historically sees a lot of deal activity because of the amount of listings and its presence in the marketplace,” Joe Santaularia, senior vice president and managing partner of the Dallas-based firm. “We’ve also been growing our team on the landlord and tenant representation sides.”
The trio of DFW renewals are:
▪ E-Auto Groups, 11,220 sf of flex space at 11601 Plano Rd. in Park Forest Business Center, Dallas. Bradford’s Jason Finch, first vice president, brokered a direct deal for the landlord, Tyler Family Real Estate Investments LLC.
▪ RADtec Group LLC, 3,440 sf of flex space at 10500 Metric Dr., also in Park Forest Business Center. Finch handled talks for the landlord. William LeMasters of Mercer Co. represented the tenant.
▪ The Blue Mousse Hair Studio, 1,185 sf of office space in Park Forest Office, 3530 Forest Lane, Dallas. Kyle Espie, Bradford’s market director, represented the landlord, BOP Park Forest LLC, in the direct deal.
The eight leases in DFW are:
▪ Moore Supplies Inc., 3,600 sf of industrial space in Riverbend Business Park, Pebble Drive, Fort Worth, from Riverbend Business Park LLC. Richard Hitz, a vice president with Bradford, represented the tenant. William Wilson of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord.
▪ Willowbend Systems, 3,482 sf of office space in International Office Center, 19111 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, from Brookwood Interchange Office I & II LLC. Jared Laake, a first vice president with Bradford, represented the tenant. Michael Williams of JLL represented the landlord.
▪ Superior Traffic Control LLC, 2,500 sf of industrial space at 6320 Eden Dr., Haltom City, from 6320 Eden LLC. Bradford’s Luke Clardy, senior broker, represented the tenant. Chris Wong of Bradford Cos. represented the landlord.
▪ Sun Country Airlines, 2,463 sf of flex space in Commerce Flex Park, 8412 Sterling St., Irving, from PRE DFW Airport LLC. Finch and Michael W. Spain, Bradford executive vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
▪ Elm Street Advisors Inc., 2,037 sf of office space in Midway Atriums, 14275 Midway Rd., Addison, from REC Midway LLC. Bradford’s Joe Santaularia, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the tenant. Ezra Stone of WMC Vista Holdings LLC represented the landlord.
