Zendata, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance and data privacy solutions, raised $2M in Seed funding.
The round was led by PayPal Ventures, First-hand Alliance (operated by Salesforce Alumni), Geek Ventures, and Altari Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to develop its platform and expand its customer base.
Co-founded by Narayana Pappu and Pedro Pinango, Zendata is a provider of data protection and AI governance solutions that go beyond standard data mapping. Its no-code platform offers comprehensive insights and control over data usage, enabling organizations to make informed decisions, and remain compliant with evolving regulations around data privacy and AI governance. The company helps businesses of all sizes maintain a competitive edge by mitigating the risks associated with AI adoption, and addressing privacy concerns to protect from risks to their intellectual property.
Zendata is also announcing that the company has been accepted into the highly selective Topline program run by Race Capital, the investors behind Databricks.
