Greysteel, a leading commercial real estate and capital markets services firm, is excited to announce the appointment of Alyssa DeBono as the new Director of Investment Sales for Affordable Housing. Ms. DeBono is based in Detroit, MI and will be focused on serving owners of affordable multi-family properties in the Midwest.
Ms. DeBono joins Greysteel with a distinguished background in affordable housing and investment sales. She will be responsible for new business development and client representation for affordable multi-family owners across her regional market focus. Prior to joining Greysteel, Ms. DeBono served as a Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. Her early career includes significant experience in government and politics with the State of Michigan Legislature.
Alyssa DeBono holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Montana State University. She is a licensed broker in Michigan (#6501421796) and is actively involved in various industry organizations, including CREW Detroit, the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), and the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH).
In her new role at Greysteel, Ms. DeBono will leverage her extensive experience and industry connections to enhance the firm’s presence in the affordable housing sector. Her deep understanding of market dynamics and commitment to client success will be invaluable assets to Greysteel and its clients.
