Miami-based dealer constructing one of the largest showrooms in South Florida to enhance the customer experience and gear up for future of Electric Vehicles
South Motors, a privately-held new and pre-owned car dealership headquartered in Miami, Florida, has broken ground. The powerhouse dealer has begun the next phase of its state-of-the-art expansions to their BMW and Honda dealerships, which promise to further innovate and streamline the car-buying experience.
The construction is projected to be delivered during Q4 of this year amounts to a combined $51 Million, with $35 Million going towards the BMW dealership and $17.5 Million towards the Honda dealership. With the future of the auto industry in mind, both facilities are being designed with the infrastructure needed for electric mobility at the forefront of every decision.
The BMW and Honda facilities will feature larger showrooms to showcase new and pre-owned inventory, a larger client lounge area complete with a full coffee and snack bar, larger, updated restrooms and upgraded finishes throughout the facility. South Motors has recently built new garages and service buildings for both dealerships.

We look forward to all the great things ahead at what will be the most state-of-the-art facility in the Southeast.”
The 72,249 square foot BMW facility will feature a separate showroom for certified pre-owned BMW vehicles, and for Mini Coopers. Additionally, it will include an elevator to a brand-new 2nd floor inventory. It will have access to a client café next door. The 16,396 square foot Honda facility will offer an onsite client café.

Both the BMW and Honda dealership will proudly feature all of the latest buying programs and incentives, and currently are running sales throughout the construction. Additionally, South Motors is investing in digital technology that will allow customers to handle the entire sales process online.
