The Peabody Companies Appoints John Devane as Facilities Manager

The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 48th anniversary, announces John Devane of Wilmington, Massachusetts, as facilities manager/capital planning & NSPIRE.

Working closely with the facilities director, in his role Devane oversees the planning and execution of capital projects across a diverse portfolio of properties. He is responsible for managing all phases of projects, from initial planning and bidding to construction management and project closeout.

In addition to capital planning responsibilities, Devane also plays a critical role in National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) preparedness, In this capacity, he conducts comprehensive building inspections, develops quality management protocols, and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.

The recent appointment constitutes a return to the Peabody Companies for Devane, who originally joined the firms in November of 2015, departing in January of 2021.
