Divaris Real Estate announced the successful sale of the commercial property located at 107 Park Place in Falls Church, Va. The property, a freestanding commercial building, was sold for $2,730,000. Kathy Killion, Associate Broker of Divaris Real Estate, represented the seller in this transaction.
The 7,200-square-foot building, featuring an all-brick façade, is located in the heart of downtown Falls Church and includes a newly paved private parking lot. The property is located directly across from the soon-to-open Whole Foods Market, part of the Broad & Washington Project, which also includes a 300-plus-unit apartment building. The popular Clare & Don’s Beach Shack and Thompson Italian restaurants are nearby with additional public parking available across the street. The building is also positioned just behind the iconic State Theatre.
